Solar Eclipse Interactive Livestream with Dr. Peter Williams

Wolfville will experience a near-total solar eclipse on Monday, April 8. The eclipse will start around 3:30 p.m., peak around 4:36 p.m., with the effect passing at about 5:45 p.m.

For safe and smart viewing of this phenomenon, Dr. Peter Williams of Acadia Physics will be hosting an interactive livestream of the near-total solar eclipse from the Huggins Science Hall Rooftop Observatory.

Dr. Williams will provide live video shots from the rooftop telescope and will take and answer questions about the science happening behind the scenes.

This event is weather permitting (it will be cancelled if it is cloudy or raining).
